Celebrate S-P-E-L-L-I-N-G in Macy’s 7th Annual Spelling Bee

Calling all homeschoolers ages 8-11!  Macy’s and Reading Fundamentals will be hosting a spelling bee (on the first floor of the kids department) at 12 Oaks Mall in Novi.

When? Saturday, September 15th

What Time? 2:00 pm

Some amazing prizes will be offered to all the winners.  Prizes include:

  • An iPad
  • $100 Macy’s Gift Card
  • A  tutoring scholarship from Kaplan
  • Online  gift card from Scholastic

Very impressive!  If you have a homeschooler who happens to love spelling, this event is for them!  There is no fee or purchase required in order to enter or win.  To see official rules of Macy’s Spelling Bee contest, visit the Macy’s spelling bee page.

This event is a great way to for participants to create new friendships all the while being educated in the wonderful world of spelling!  Mark your calendars, it will be a fun yet memorable time for everyone.

Lindsey Clair is a homeschooling mother of three daughters.
