The 2nd Annual Homeschool Banquet, open to all homeschool families in the Metro Detroit area, will be held in Oxford, MI on May 14th.
This year’s theme will be “Passport to Paradise.” The banquet will include games, Christian music, full buffet and fellowship. The coordinators state, “This will be God honoring and the music will be upbeat and fun.” Chaperones will be on site for the entire event.
Homeschool Connections, based in Rochester & Oxford, will be hosting a Graduation Ceremony open to all homeschool seniors in the Metro Detroit area.
Rae Reese (a potter and mom of two) conducts special 6 week long homeschool pottery classes in her own home studio in Northville, MI. She offers reduced homeschool rates of only $89 for six weeks..this includes all glaze, clay and kiln time….additional discount for families with multiple children.
The Christian Family Learning Co-op — a small family-oriented co-op that started in September, 2007 — has openings for the Fall 2011 session.
