Are your kids eager for science? Through Kensington Nature Center’s homeschool class series, they’ll experience science both in the woods and in the indoor classroom. Kids will learn through hands-on activities, hikes, games and discussions to cover the basics and then delve deeper to encourage higher-level thinking.
Kensington Nature Center’s homeschool classes for 8 -10 year-olds are offered on the third Friday of each month from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. The cost is $4.00 per student. Students are expected to arrive on time and to dress appropriately for indoor and outdoor activities.
