Homeschool Horseback Riding

Are you looking for homeschool horseback riding lessons in Michigan?  Life Horse, in Allenton, offers classes for homeschoolers as follows:

Option 1:
Ideal for beginners with no horse knowledge: MONDAY April 9, 16, 23, and 30 (10 AM – 12 PM)
2 hours (one-day per week) $20 per person / per week (4 weeks) in groups of no more than six

  • Horse Safety
  • Basic grooming
  • Parts of the horse
  • Parts of tack
  • Basic tack care
  • Mounting/Dismounting
  • Approx. 45 minutes of riding
  • Basic health

Option 2:
Ideal for beginners with some horse knowledge or intermediate: TUESDAY April 10, 17, 24, and May 1 (10 AM – 1 PM)
3 hours (one-day per week) $25 per person / per week (4 weeks) in groups of no more than six

  • Grooming for Show
  • Nutrition and Feeding
  • Basic Health
  • Basic First Aid
  • Approx. 1 hour of riding
  • Breeds
  • Colors and Markings
  • Showmanship and Halter

Option 3:
Ideal for intermediate or advanced riding students, or those with a strong passion for horses: Friday April 13, 20, 27, and May 4 (10 AM – 2 PM)
4 hours (one-day per week) $35 per person / per week (4 weeks) in groups of no more than five
