When: Saturday, October 27th
Time: 6:30pm to 11pm (or earlier based on when parents want to pick up their teens)
Where: Pre-party with food and gathering will take place at Milford Methodist Church from 6:30-7:45pm. This will give the teens time to hang out and enjoy some good food as a group before heading to the dance. Teens will be driven to Milford High School (by adult chaperones) for the Masquerade dance that is being sponsored by The Dance Project (a group of christian ladies who sponsor “clean” dances and music as their ministry). The Dance portion at the high school is from 8pm until 11pm. Parents will pick up their teens at the high school.
Age: 12 to 18
Dress: Semi formal to formal (think what you might wear to a wedding or fancier if you choose)
Teens are allowed to invite age appropriate friends to attend also. Homeschoolers and non-homeschoolers are welcome. The Masquerade ball portion of this is a community event that was posted in the Huron Valley Community education & recreation brochure.
Cost: $10 per teen ($5 goes for food and refreshments at the church and the other $5 is for the dance portion at the high school).
