Introduction to Karate in Lapeer
Karate is great exercise year-round, but it is especially great during the winter season. Karate isn’t just about exercise; it’s also about having fun, meeting NEW homeschool families, and developing life-long skills. It is a specialized sport for all ages, at any fitness level. You work at your own pace and develop yourself physically and mentally. Students learn discipline, self-control, perseverance, respect, and character development. Students work towards a big goal (black belt) by setting and achieving smaller goals (belt levels) along the way.
Professional Karate Schools of America (PKSA) is offering an “Introduction to Karate” — karate classes tailored for homeschool families. “Introduction to Karate” includes 2 classes *FREE of charge*. More details and pricing structure will be provided at the introductory classes.
