Robofest 2013

Unlike other huge robotics competitions, Robofest is simple and affordable. You may use any robot kits you already have, such as Lego NXTs, and robots can be programmed with any programming language. Also, the Robofest qualifying competitions are just half-day events. Launched in 2000 at Lawrence Tech in Michigan, Robofest has multiple venues in the U.S. and several other countries. Over 1,700 students participated in Robofest last year.

The Robofest 2013 team registration is open. If you are interested in participating, please go to the Robofest website and click on the “2013” link to find out more about this robotics festival for STEM education. There are several qualifying locations where you can register your teams. Visit the website for specific locations.

Teams that are unable to travel to a qualifying site may still participate in Robofest games/exhibitions by entering a video submission.

If you have any questions, please email robofest@nullLTU.edu or visit the Robofest website.
