Heritage Co-op Campus Visit Days-South Lyon
If you are looking to enroll your child into some sort of homeschool co-op program, check out Heritage Co-op. They are now accepting applications for Fall 2014 on a limited basis. (Nursery through elementary ages limited availability.)
Come and see what they are all about by attending a Heritage Campus Visit on March 6th or March 13th. You will get to check out their classes as well as meet families and teachers.
Heritage is a parent-run Christian co-op serving homeschoolers in need of support from other homeschooling families. They provide quality academic and enrichment classes for all ages with a focus on growing and establishing their Middle/High School Program. Most classes are taught by parents in their areas of education and experience. This keeps the cost of classes very minimal for required materials. A few of the classes are taught by professional instructors.
Heritage meets for two 14-week semesters, fall and spring, in South Lyon with members coming from the surrounding communities of Novi, Northville, Milford, Brighton, and from as far as Pinckney, Howell, Fenton, Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield, Redford, Canton, and Wayne.

If you would like to schedule a visit to their campus, please visit their website at www.heritagecoop.info and complete the Campus Visit RSVP Form. This form must be completed and returned to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours in advance of your campus visit. You must receive confirmation that your form has been received by their Campus Visit coordinator in order to attend. Please do not just show up without email confirmation, as they are unable to have you visit classes. Please use the Spring Class Schedule to decide which classes you would like to visit.
If you are interested in joining Heritage, you may submit your application for review. Because they are a parent-run co-op, teaching/career/professional background, skill sets, and preferences are taken into consideration when reviewing applications. Their open enrollment deadline for pre-registration is March 27, 2014, for Fall 2014 classes.
Heritage Co-op also offers a drop-off option for high school students. This is primarily for parents who choose not to teach at Heritage. Learn more about their Drop-off Program and how to apply.
