Stingray Cove Exhibition Ends 8/31-Michigan Science Center

Stingray Cove Exhibition at the Michigan Science Center is now open!  Families will get to see and touch living sea creatures found on coral reefs and other tropical habitats.

It’s an excellent opportunity to learn about freshwater stingrays, starfish and more!  Have you ever seen a sea horse in person?  Now is your chance at this hands-on exhibit.

    Our next special exhibit Ice Age Unfrozen opens September 27 with the IMAX film Titan’s of the Ice Age. Our October homeschool program also features lessons with the ice age – brrr!

Offered the first Wednesday of the month from 1-2 p.m., home school students can get grossed out with Slimy Science in October then freeze their pants off with us again in November. Our upcoming special exhibit Ice Age Unfrozen opens September 27 with the IMAX film Titans of the Ice Age, and MiSci’s November homeschool program Ice Age Mammals will feature science lessons with this period in history – brrr!
