Calling all homeschoolers!

The DIA (Detroit Institute of Arts),  will be having a homeschool day on Wednesday, February 18, 2015.

Families will be able to take a tour of the galleries to learn more about the museum’s collection.  Families will also be able to:

  • Create an art project as a family with their studio staff.
  • Enjoy Art Carts in select galleries that offer more in-depth, hands-on experiences.

This is free for residents of Macomb, Oakland, and Wayne counties and parent educators from outside of the tri-county area with a valid DIA Educator Pass. (Admission is $4 for youth ages 6-17 who reside outside the tri-county area.) Pre-registration for this event is required.
