Homeschool Connections Informational Picnic at the Park! You are Invited! 8/9-Rochester

Calling ALL Homeschoolers! Come join Homeschool Connections for a great day at the park and some fun in the sun!

When: Tuesday August 9, 2016 from 11:00am-2:00pm

Where: Rochester Municipal Park – upper area where the pavilion and duck pond is. You can enter off of Pine Street or Oak Street from University and the parking lot will be in front of you.

The park address is: 608 7th St. Rochester, MI 48307, BUT, once you get closer you will need to check your GPS again to narrow down where to enter, making sure you stay on University, (because the park is large this address will take you to a different section).

Why: So you can connect with others and receive support on your homeschooling journey! Have questions about Homeschooling or need ideas to make next year more successful? The HC staff will be there to answer any questions you have about Homeschool Connections, homeschooling in general, or just to encourage & talk with you!

What to Bring: Your family & your lunch 🙂 Friends! Do you have any friends thinking about Homeschooling? Bring them along…They would love to talk with them!

There is a bike trail, tennis courts, 2 playgrounds and lots of open space.

They will have a table with Homeschool Connections Schedules that will be available for you to take.

Lindsey Clair

Lindsey Clair is a homeschooling mother of three daughters. She is married to her best friend Ron since 1999! Lindsey possesses a degree in Child Development and just completed her BS degree in business marketing with a social media concentration. She is currently a professional blogger and social media manager. Lindsey is also a trained musician in the areas of piano and vocals. Her hobbies include reading, shopping, blogging, and hanging out with family and friends.
