Homeschool LEGO Fair & Book Collection Drive for Mott Children’s Hospital May 17, 2019-Livonia
Homeschooler and Boy Scout, Ammon, is holding a Homeschool LEGO Fair and Book Collection Drive to benefit the Giving Library at UofM Mott Children’s Hospital. As a baby, he had open heart surgery there and received a book from the Giving Library. He still treasures it! For Ammon’s Eagle Scout Service Project, he wants to bless other children in the hospital by holding a NEW book collection drive for the Giving Library.
As a fun way to get others involved in this great cause, he’s holding a Homeschool LEGO Fair on Friday, May 17th from 10:30 am until 12 noon! This is a chance for kids/teens to show off their LEGO creations for others to see. For more information and to register for the fair (by Tues, May 14th), please click on the SignUp Genius link here.
If you’re not able to participate in the LEGO Fair, but wish to donate books, you can either drop off new books as outlined in the flyer, or purchase books from a special Amazon Wish List and they will be shipped directly to be used for this purpose. The link for that is here.
